Philosophy

We believe children are active learners and unique individuals with different abilities, interests, and heritage, who learn according to a developmental sequence, progressing at their own pace.  Learning is an interactive process through environment, child to child, and child to teacher.  Children are natural learners with desires to explore, imagine and question their environment.  We believe that the teacher is the facilitator in their learning process, providing opportunities to experiment, explore, and practice skills with “hands on ” learning.  We provide a safe, positive, nurturing environment, where your child will naturally build self esteem and confidence needed to act on their own curiosities and practice self discipline.  Our goal is to instill a lifelong love of learning, nurture a habit of curiosity and experiencing new things.
